Drivers request a payout and get the money on their card or account. The fleet takes no risk when something fails: the amount leaves the CRM balance first, and if the bank rejects it, it comes back together with the fee.

An aggregator panel shows rides and settlements on its own side. FleetSoft sits above them: it collects data from Uber and Bolt every hour, runs driver balances and payouts, invoices, contracts, mileage records and recruitment. Rides stay in the aggregator app — the money, the documents and the people are in one system.
Aggregators correct cash and bonuses after the fact, and different API versions report the cash with a delay — with Uber it can reach around 200 zł. The discrepancy control module synchronises the data hourly and evens out those differences, so that the driver sees the same thing as the fleet.
Yes. Drivers and couriers send invoices straight to the fleet, and the AI module checks whether the document is present in KSeF, verifies that it was issued to your company, compares the amounts and catches duplicates. Receipts for fuel or repairs are photographed by the driver in the app — the system reads the gross amount.
Payouts go to cards and IBAN accounts through Revolut, Zen and ERSTE. Posting happens in two steps: the amount leaves the driver's balance in the CRM first and only then goes to the bank — if the bank rejects the transfer, the amount and the fee return to the balance with nothing lost.
Yes, the app is white label under your fleet's brand. In it drivers see their balance, ride history and bonuses, send receipts and invoices, and sign rental agreements and handover protocols directly on the phone.
