Drivers come and go, and every new one costs the fleet time to recruit and onboard. The FleetSoft campaign builder lets you design your own driver referral programme and spread the bonus over periods, so that it rewards sustained activity rather than the sign-up itself.

In a taxi fleet and in a courier company, turnover is normal, but its cost tends to be underestimated. Every driver who leaves means another round of recruitment, a new set of documents, another onboarding and a car standing idle, earning nothing in the meantime.
The promotions and referral module gives the marketing team tools to work on that without involving developers. Campaigns are configured in the interface — from a simple referral bonus to a multi-stage retention programme spread over several months. The most effective channel for finding a driver is usually another driver, and this module turns that into a repeatable process.

A one-off sign-up bonus mainly attracts people who came for the bonus. A bonus spread over time attracts the ones who intend to stay.
Support for as many as twelve payout periods in a single campaign makes long, conditional programmes possible. A typical scenario looks like this: the bonus is paid in parts over three consecutive months, provided the driver stays active. That gives drivers a regular reason to stay one more month, and the fleet pays for real work rather than for the mere opening of an account.
Protection against abuse runs in the background the whole time. The limited activation window and the single use of each code keep the programme from turning into a source of fake registrations, and the marketing budget goes where it was meant to go — to drivers who actually drive.
The promotions module uses the same data as the rest of the system: driver profiles from the recruitment funnel, balances and accruals in the CRM, and the mobile app where drivers see their code and their progress in the programme.
Every driver receives an automatically generated, unique promo code and passes it to a friend, who enters the code when registering. The system links the two people and calculates the bonus according to the campaign settings.
It checks the date the profile was created and allows the code to be activated only within a strictly limited window after registration. On top of that, each code can be used only once.
No. A single campaign can have up to twelve payout periods, so you can split the reward into parts — for example across three consecutive months, provided the driver stays active.
No. Campaigns are configured in the builder interface: the amount, the time frames, the conditions and the split into periods. Marketing runs the programme on its own.
In the mobile app, next to their balance, work history and settlements. The code sits there alongside their progress in the referral programme.
